Stage 2: Plan and prepare
A process review leader should not underestimate the time required to plan and prepare all the logistics involved in a process review.
Planning and preparation may involve:
- Stakeholder identification
- Communication plan
- Interviews, meeting and workshop logistics
- identifying who to interview
- arranging meetings
- Set up process review documentation (this may include utilising project management logging techniques such as stakeholder, assumptions, risk and dependencies logs).
