Stage 2: Plan and prepare

A process review leader should not underestimate the time required to plan and prepare all the logistics involved in a process review.

Planning and preparation may involve:

  • Stakeholder identification
  • Communication plan
  • Interviews, meeting and workshop logistics
    • identifying who to interview
    • arranging meetings
  • Set up process review documentation (this may include utilising project management logging techniques such as stakeholder, assumptions, risk and dependencies logs).
