Extra: problem solving kit

At different stages of the process review the facilitator may wish to assist participant discussions by offering some simple problem solving techniques.

The following supplement provides a few techniques (SWOT, fish bone, six thinking hats and force field analysis), which have been effectively used in previous PPR workshops.
