Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: online survey (using Qualtrics) gathering quantitaive and qulaitative data; focus groups and interviews. 

Methods for processing the data: Transcriptions were autogenerated by Zoom and then manually edited by the researchers with reference to the recorded audio-files. Incomplete survey responses have been removed from the dataset.
