The literature review section analysed the potential challenges for the employee engagement in the academic sector. Additionally, a clear strategy for the management of the employee engagement has developed through the literature review section. The second chapter focuses on the understanding of employee engagement within the private universities. The chapter entitled the understanding related to the job satisfaction of the individuals which are related to the research topic. Chapter 3 of Methodology has justifiably represented the application of mixed method by gathering primary qualitative data. Interview data collection is conducted for gathering the personal experience of participants regarding employee engagement and job satisfaction. The methodology chapter has provided the information about the process of selecting the data source and techniques to analyse collected data related to employee engagement and job satisfaction. Chapter 4 efficiently represents the core findings of the research regarding employee engagement and job satisfaction. The chapter has critically analysed the employee engagement in the private university India. The primary qualitative interview represents that improvement of employee engagement plays a supportive role to manage the emerging challenge across the private universities. The finding and analysis chapter has provided the information about the primary qualitative data that is collected through interviews of 8 administrative employees of Manav Bharti University. The analysis of interview responses helps to meet the research objectives that impact the job satisfaction of employees in Manav Bharti University. The chapter 5 efficiently represents that, management of the employee engagement changes effectively to increase the consistency of the operation across the private universities. Concurrently, establishment of the operational efficiency is dependent on the management of the operations. A clear recommendation has developed regarding the management of the uncertainties and inconsistencies of the operation. The reflective statement has focused on understanding the written account of the researcher’s thoughts within accomplishments and the abilities to achieve these. The reflective statement has considered managing the personal thoughts for accomplishing and criteria for achieving the prospects.
