College Pudding

Abstract

A slice of Westminster Training College pudding, commonly referred to as ‘Stiff Dick’, that has been mounted on a display board for hanging on a wall. Emblazoned with the crest of the City of Westminster, it is thought that this pudding dates to c.1890.
