Open Access workshop toolkit

Description

The University of Portsmouth run monthly workshops on Open Access for academics. These workshops are part of the University’s Researcher Development Programme, coordinated by the department of Research and Innovation Services. To improve the workshops, an online questionnaire was sent out before the workshop to gauge the level of understanding about open access. After the workshops, an online questionnaire was sent out asking academics what was useful, how they were going to change their behaviour and how the workshop could be improved. The feedback is used to inform the design of subsequent workshops. A copy of the final presentation run in June 2016 is below. This presentation is released under the CC-BY licence. The questionnaires are available as google forms or as PDFs (below). Please email Emily Bennett (emily.bennett@port.ac.uk), Research Outputs Manager, for more information.
