Book Chapter

Thinking beyond neoliberalism : theorising the future in the present

Abstract

In this introductory chapter the co-authors interrogate competing definitions of neoliberalism and situate the volume's contributions within the broader academic literature. To this end the co-authors explore ‘neoliberal economics’, ‘neoliberal subjecthood’, ‘neoliberal governmentality’, ‘neoliberal ideology’, ‘neoliberal geopolitics’, and ‘actually existing neoliberalism’.
